The project successfully passed the OLCC inspection, securing final approval to operate.

In addition to security and compliance, a new point-of-sale system was implemented, streamlining transactions, inventory management, and regulatory reporting. For added customer convenience, an ATM was installed, rounding out the enhanced retail experience.

A significant focus of the project was on branding and visual design. This included creating a cohesive brand identity through graphic design work, from designing the logo to producing all marketing materials such as menus, brochures, and promotional items. The team also designed all training materials for staff onboarding, ensuring consistency in compliance and operational efficiency.

The project included the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff, covering everything from customer service and product knowledge to regulatory compliance and security protocols. Product intake processes were refined for smoother inventory management, from delivery through to final sale.

For parking lot markets and pop-up events, custom signage and banners were created to draw attention and establish a professional atmosphere. Each design element, whether for social media or in-person events, was strategically crafted to enhance the brand’s visibility, build customer loyalty, and drive sales.

Compliance/Intake/P.O.S.
